Missed Collection

If you put the right bin/container out on your collection day and we missed it, we're sorry.

If you're sure the right bin was out by 6am and we missed it, then tell us about it with this form and we'll do our best to empty it within 5 working days - just remember to leave your bin/container out. 

You will not be able to report your collection as missed until after 4pm on your collection day, or until the collection crew has marked your street as finished. Please note, crews do not follow the same collection order each week and may still be out collecting until 4pm.
